To alleviate this, companies need scalable solutions that maximize their technological investments.

Mobile channel

    • The Mobile channel supports selected corporate functionalities and covers full retail functionalities. It combines ease of access with a high level of security, for SMS, WAP, and Mobile Banking. With Mobile Payment users can conduct their banking activities via a mobile phone equipped with a SIM Smart Card; the transactions are performed over Short Message Service (SMS).
    • Security is essential: all sensitive SMS messages that are transferred between the bank and the user are encrypted. In addition, the user must identify himself with his own unique user identification number and his Personal Secret Code.
    •  The solution currently covers functions such as account balance review, bills review, payments, alarm settings, and help.

 

Phone channel

The Phone channel offers three applications: Call Centre, IVR, and FAX Messages.
While Call Centre is a service that provides full customer service functionality with the operator involvement, IVR and Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) functions allow the automation of parts of the interaction, and minimize operator involvement. The Fax messages system is used for informing clients about various changes on theirs accounts when no other media is available.
